HOW IS THIS PLANNER DIFFERENT THAN MY REGULAR PLANNER?
The Cheer Coach Planner™ was designed specifically for cheerleading coaches. Not only does it include 12 monthly calendars, it also includes daily practice planners, and areas for you to track every aspect of your season including: fundraising, demerits, payments, budget, uniforms, competition registration details, & more!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We are only able to ship inside of the United States right now. It is our goal to be able to ship internationally soon! Until then, make sure to grab one of our digital planners! You can instantly download it immediately after purchasing.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PLANNER OR NOTEPAD?
All planners and notepads ship within 7 business days from the date of purchase. We ship using United States Postal Office Priority Mail which includes tracking. Shipping times will vary and are dependent upon USPS shipping processing times. Please use tracking number provided for most accurate information.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DIGITAL ITEM?
All digital items are available for download immediately after purchasing. Please look for the bright green “download” button after you have completed payment. If you do not download your item on that page, you can create an account using the email address you used when checking out and download your item from the “downloads” tab.
DO YOU ACCEPT SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDERS (PO’S) AS PAYMENT?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept school purchase orders (PO’s) at this time. If your school will be purchasing your planner for you and you do not have access to a school credit/debit card or PayPal account, we recommend asking them if they will provide you with a reimbursement for your purchase. Please email us at hello@cheercoachplanner.com for a copy of our W-9.
IS THIS PLANNER DATED OR WILL I HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO FILL IN MY OWN DATES?
We understand how your season can be very unpredictable and may not always start and end at the same time each year. Because of that, we have left the 12 monthly calendars and daily practice planners undated inside of our physical Cheer Coach Planner.
I COACH ALL-STAR CHEERLEADING, CAN I USE THIS PLANNER FOR THAT AS WELL?
Although this planner was designed with school coaches in mind, we believe all cheerleading coaches can use this planner. Keep an eye out for our all-star specific version, though!
DOES THE PLANNER COME IN DIFFERENT SIZES?
Yes! The Cheer Coach Planner™ is available in 8.5×11 & 7×9. The Cheer Captain Planner is only available in 7×9.
DOES THE PLANNER COME IN DIFFERENT COLORS?
Yes! Our Cheer Coach Planner comes in three different colors: Melon, Stone & Rain. Our Cheer Captain Planner only comes in Stone.
