RETURN POLICY

NON-PERSONALIZED PLANNERS & NOTEPADS

We are confident that you will love The Cheer Coach Planner™ and Notepads but it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you find that you are not satisfied with your product, you can return any new, unused, non-downloadable products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded. 

All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. For security, money for returned items will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. The credit will be issued within 7 business days of the date that the item being returned is received. Bank processing times do vary.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All sales of personalized planners and personalized planner cover stickers are final and non-refundable. Personalized items are unusable if returned. 

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of digital items, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Original files may not be redistributed or uploaded to social media. All files are for personal use only and cannot be resold or used commercially. All files and content belong to The Cheer Coach Planner, LLC©.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items purchased at a discounted/sale price are not eligible for a refund. 

TO RETURN YOUR PHYSICAL COPY OF THE CHEER COACH PLANNER™:

  • Start your return request by emailing hello@cheercoachplanner.com with your order number & a brief reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions & will begin processing your request within 2-3 business days.
  • When the returned item has been received, we will inspect it to ensure it is in new condition with original packaging and contents. We will notify you via email to confirm it has been received and if the return has been approved based on the inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within 7 business days.

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable both ways.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

It is very important to us that you receive a high quality planner. We inspect all of our products before shipping but we do understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged. If this is the case, please contact us via email at hello@cheercoachplanner.com. We are happy to replace your item with no additional cost to you.
